Well there are all the obvious ones that have been pointed out already so to throw some left field ones into the mix.
Iron Giant - Hugely over shadowed by Toy Story 2 yet IMO it is the superior film. Wonderfully drawn, acted and emotional. Genius.

Graveyard of Fireflies - Truly the most heart breaking film you will ever watch. If you don't cry in this film you aren't human.

Akira - Who knows what this film is about but it is still awesome.

9 is brilliant aswell. Got that on doovde a week or so back and it's ace.

Toy story for me

Toy Story 3 comes out this year. I'm looking forward to the 3d aspect. Went to see Toy Story last October when that came out in 3D and that looked awesome.

Monsters Inc is my favourite

Cars is excellent - have had to sit through it loads of times with my son, and it's a rare thing indeed for a kid's film to stand up to multiple viewings without getting seriously annoying - looking forward to taking him to the sequel next year.

Honourable mentions for Lion King and Bolt too - anything my son loves is fine by me, with the exception of Power Rangers which is highly amusing when you're heavily innebriated, but soul destroying at all other times

TBF I think all of the modern Disney films stand out to adults too. In fact I cant remember one from the last 15 years which I havent enjoyed. Especially the Pixar ones.
