I don't understand why Lolohea hasn't been given an ultimatum on fitness. You can't fix his ticker or skills quickly, but you sure as hell can get a full time pro fit - or if not fire him. Its as basic as wanting an office job without being able to read.

Serious questions need to be asked around the running of the rugby element of our club over the last few years.

I've always been one of GH's biggest supporters, the things he's done for our club can never be disputed, and he has certainly got far more right than wrong over the years... However, how on earth has our club gone from such a position of strength to an absolute basket case so quickly?

Mistakes have clearly been made, but sometimes appointments don’t work out, we aren’t the first ‘big’ club to get coaching appointments wrong and won’t be the last, look at Wigan with the Edwards situation.

If there was something wrong I think we should applaud the club for taking action before it gets worse.

I don’t have a clue what goes on between the players and coaches but it’s obvious these players don’t look like they wanted to play for the coach

They didn’t perform for the two previous coaches either! I think the players have to take some (probably a lot) of the blame, but they can’t all be sacked, even though they got the coaches sacked.

Coaches are always the first to go, as you say it’s easier than sacking all the players.

The squad we have should be playing better than they are, something clearly wasn’t/isn’t right.

There’s people saying it should have been Sinfield sacked, thats cloud cuckoo land stuff IMO, he was brought in to see a transition and should be given time to see that through, Furner was brought in to make a difference for this season, it hasn’t happened and with a better roster of players than McDermott had for the last few years

I agree I really thought he was going to be a good coach for us.
