Morgy wins hands down

Morgy is one of my all-time heroes. I don't know how many people will have a video of the Cas v Saints match, I think it's 2002, where we were 18-0 down after 17 mins and went on to win. The commentary alone is worth the price of the video thanks to Morgy and a bloke called Ronnie Hoof from St. Helens.

I always remember the match against New Zealand where he called ref Cambell a d**k 'ed

i know Roger Millward really well, and was speaking to him last night about Morgy. Roger had to room with him for 6weeks on a Lions Tours, Although Morgy is a legend he must be painfull to room with.

True Legend, replace stevo with him (could just imagine to cas and leeds game on sky with morgy)

I was thinking that too about having Morgy commentate and get rid of others.

The problem is that southerners would demand subtitles for:

"Can't spake"
"Bugger my booits"
"I'll go ter top on are stairs"
"If that's ten yards dun't fit me a carpet"
"What's 'e doin' ligged darn theer?"
"Squeshed"

100% true culture.

They'd love it................then again maybe not.

although a Rhino's fan I must admit he is the best comentator in the UK, but if you enjoy unbiased commentary try the leeds catalan match from last year on SLTV it's in french but you don't need to understand to enjoy it.

I got the Cats vs Cas DVD this year and the commentary is fantastic. However, although I don't understand a word of it, it's clear that they go into overdrive when Cats score, with a lot of "ooo la la" if Cas go close!
