2 years ago I would of loved to have Drew with us. But now I'm not so sure.
Though Hudson and Drew is a pretty impressive hooking duo.

It would be interesting to know where we are getting this extra cash from because our budget won't increase much more next season, and I can't see the players going been on all that much.

think you will find if he does go to cas it will be for a little bit more than that, but drew is a quality player that will bring a lot to cas's game. could be just what you need.

I think most Wakey fans thought this when he signed for us. It hasn't turned out too bad IMO. Think he's done well to say we have Brough, Obst, Rooney etc also wanting to be the main man!

because we are spending brass on two class acts. but drew is a quality player. i think he will be great at cas. just what you need and it will come back to haunt us. would have given him another year myself.

Those figures are about right. Wakey offered him what they considered a fair deal plus bonuses. Cas have come at him with a very good contract and he would foolish to turn it down.

If you don't believe the figures its up to you but due to the fact that Wakey were prepared to offer him a further contract at the amount stated shows that he can't be such a bad player.

If you get 20+ games out of him that £120k will look excellent value because the guy is class.

I do love the way whenever there's any talk of a player choosing Cas over Wakey it's because we've offered them much more money...

Irrespective of the figures,i think any player at the stage of their career that Drew is,will view this as probably his last pay day and will go with the best monetary offer.

The above is why i dont see it ,as Wakey getting rid because hes no good,but merely Drew doing what is best for him.

FWIW i would take the 120k/or largest offer on the table.
