Its fitness classes with a difference - a serious family atmosphere. A number of us go from this forum including HalifaxJohn (the machine!). Classes are also run by Dan Fleming (Cas Tigers). Couldn't agree more.
The sessions are hard work, but very enjoyable.
Don't be put off if you think you couldn't do it, you push yourself to your own limits.
Expert guidance from, Luke, Adam, or Dan, whoever takes the session, and whilst it is a business venture the overriding factor to me, is that they genuinely want to see each individual improve their health and enjoy doing so.
Turn up, pay on the night, see if it's for you, you will be surprised what a great session it is.
If I can do it, you can do it.

I already have ( and use, before any wisecrack comments

) a membership with the Calderdale council owned Lifestyles otherwise i would have considered looking at there. Keep it up all of you.

As you know Colin, I had a year with the membership at Sowerby Bridge but found it difficult to motivate/dedicate myself.

I do admire people like yourself who can discipline themselves to work hard on their own but sadly I am not one of them.

With this I find that having others around me makes me work far harder than I used to at the gym.

Horses for courses.

I wish I could get there. No transport and by the time the buses got me there it'd be time to go home, (to Huddersfield).

After a few weeks you'd be jogging there and back.

Cucumber sandwich with the crust cut off.

Great night last night at Faxfit, Adam certainly put us through the paces.
Circuit training which means you can each push yourself to your own limit.
As the club motto says "it doesn't get easier, you get better"
Mrs halifaxjohn says she can see a difference in the few weeks I have been doing it, praise indeed. (No comments required, thank you very much

. most Leythers know Fishers meat , pies , and Sausage are very tasty , everything is made on the Premises and Ray sells them to other outlets even our Local Market .Ray wasn't a Bad rugby player either , playing for Oldham , Leigh , and Warrington .

Just an update.
Things are really going well for Luke and Adam, attendances are increasing as is the work out.
Tonight Dan Fleming Castleford star put us through our paces, hard but fun.
Would be great if a few more Faxfans could become Faxfits, come on give it a try, if I can do it you can do it.
