LAST YEAR WAS MY FIRST PROPER FINAL FOR FAX SINCE 87 (THAT I SLEPT THROUGH AT 14MONTHS)

I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO GET EXITED THROUGH THE NERVES OF THE DAY AT WIRE 2009.

BUT THIS YEAR I CANNOT WAIT AND AM FAR MORE EXITED THAN NERVOUS!


I THINK ITS PART TO DO WITH NOT EXPECTING TO GET THERE THIS YEAR AFTER WHAT HAS GONE ON AT THE CLUB, BUT FAIR PLAY IT ALL SEEMED TO COME TOGETHER AT THE RIGHT TIME.

Perhaps its me folks , but i just cant get as excited as others and i blame the rfl for that. I know there's 100k to the winners but without p&r what's the point. Last season i was so chuffed that we ' ticked the box ' but when we lost to Barrow I wasn't as disappointed as I thought I would be. It's the same this year - i am so proud of the players and coaching staff for whats been a tough year that they have managed to get through to the final but I just feel a bit flat , but hey , I'll be cheering on the lads as usual and hoping that they can end the season on a high.
