I expected big things from Worrincy when we signed him and I thought he was our most exciting signing .... he looked fast at Sheffield and I thought he'd do tons of damage. But I'd say he turned out to be our most disappointing signing, because he didn't really do any damage at all. He took the ball up but seemed to stop / go sideways, pretty ineffective really. He seemed to lack confidence and was often exploited under the high ball.

I think the best description re Rob on here was by Haighy when he said "Worrincy looks like he's never played a rugby league game before".

Having said that, he always seemed to try hard, and had a good game at Barrow last week when it's the strongest I've seen him run.

Such a shame, I thought he had great potential. He might make it somewhere else, I dunno. Whatever happens, I wish Rob all the best wherever he goes.

For me he is an under achiever who could be a decent SL Player but due to his charactor will just be an average Championship winger. He is more an athlete rather than a rugby player to be honest. Got pace to burn and is strong. But he is awful under the bomb. He also does not back himself to take people on. And is very much a confidence player. Defence is very weak. However he will try his best. He does score tries and is difficult to tackle. Has much potential but seems a long way from being the decent SL Winger he could be if he worked more on his weaknesses. A frustrating player to have at times.
