Can we pre-purchase tickets from Halifax? The Barrow advertising poster recommends that fans pre-purchase. I'd be annoyed if I got all the way up there and ended up not getting in.

Ive asked SRC on the poster thread, but are we all going with the intention of entering a favoured side of the ground? Id hate there to be 500 Fax fans but 250 spilt between one end and the other

I wouldn't worry about not getting in. The club always encourages the fans to pre-buy tickets for the big games, mainly to reduce the queues on the night. Some people still think they can turn up 5 minutes before kick-off and get straight in. Not these days at Craven Park!!
Depending on the Fax following, there'll be anything from 3,000-4,000 there. Maybe even more - who knows. |

Away fans usually congrigate at the Duke Street end (the opposite end to Hollywood Park where you'll find Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, Comet, Currys etc). |

Aye but SRC informed us on another thread that because of the Sky gantry, you can only move round half the stadium and are stopped on the half way line. So in theory we have to pick the right stand 1st

I may be wrong but thought you were advised to go in the walney rd end by the maccyD's Pizza Hut etc.........but I dont think that end has a Bar ?
We were having mobile bottle bars wandering around the ground, but not sure this is still the case.
Best go on the Barrow forum on the other RL site and get answers to yer questions.

| Definatley go to the Duke St end Turnstiles. The Bar is at that end (on your right in the top corner)
The Sky gantry restricts movement so once you are in that end you will have to stay put im afraid.
Also note that usually a further "Correct Money" gate opens in the Main Turnstile area.
