I might be wrong (and usually am) but he didn't play NRL straight away did he?

I believe the club have held onto his registration and so he won't be able to play without their permission. I wonder if some agreement has been made or if there was a time limit to be hold onto the registration.

How long was he signed for?

This was an afterthought I had. I we held his registration would we not have been entitled to a fee should he sign elsewhere? Unless there were clauses?

It will have only been for a year I guess, but that won't make any difference to his Registration, AFAIK

I'd have thought he'd be registered as long as he is contracted for.

Otherwise any player who leaves once his contract is up we'd be able to retain registration and prevent them from playing for another club, same for any player coming to us at the end of a contract.

To be quite honest, I only really want to watch players who want to wear blue and white.

He was due to sign for us then we went belly up, signed for Fax then seen the second coming of us and thought feck this im going home.

Dont know matem I couldn't care less now, we have better players at the club and we shouldn't be wasting any time thinking about him

Serious question here who out of current Fax team would get on any NRL team, not many in SL never mind our league.

Good players yes,better players as of now ,I doubt.

Penky, Gleeson and Black may all have a good chance with fulltime training. Theres loads of players in SL who would be able to play in the NRL, virtually the whole saints and leeds teams would. I appreciate that Saints and Leeds are the 2 best teams i SL but if you look around SL theres people like Ryan Atkins at Wakey who i think could easily play in the NRL.

Do you ever watch NRL if you do you are either very naive re RL or just showing blind loyalty.

NRL is faster and tackling technique is miles better than over here, very few Brits have made it over there during the last 50 years and you think Penky,Gleeson and Black who can't get SL contracts would make it.
