Since it has been a topic of interest / conversation for some time and raised on another thread recently here's a link to a courier article talking about it from Feb / 23. Bubba will no doubt be well versed on the subject as well.

PS: Not sure how much if any of the loan the council took out for the redevelopment is still outstanding either? |
