| Sir Keir was terribly drab again yesterday in his response to Boris. He’s so monotone. He really needs some coaching in public speaking.
The ‘fat swine’ from Scotland put some good shots in.

| I think you will find that the general opinion of those not completely infatuated with de Pfeffel, Keir did very well. I suppose you need to try to clutch to any straw when supporting such an obviously flawed character like de Pfeffel.

I notice he didn't have any comment to make about that wee lassie in charge up there what lives in Brigadoon who didn't wear a face mask, perhaps the Met police are a touch over zealous in they're dealing with crime.

Starmer is a barrister not a politician, structured, boring, reading from a script, unable to ad-lib- he does make his point but goes about it in such a drab way it’s difficult to barely even listen to him
And on the other side of the coin Boris should be gone, not sure what he’s hanging about for because there’s undoubtedly more to come, if not party gate then something else.
British politics appears a complete shambles

| Can we please stop referring to one as "Boris" and the other as "Starmer"? This is a right wing media construction but people here are surely smart enough to see through that. Johnson is not your friend.

| de Pfeffel let his mask slip today, very quick to throw out insults and then asks for a statement to be withdrawn, classic comedy gold.

Sounds better than depiffle don't you think? Boris got that right as well when he said Starmer was intellectually bankrupt.

| I see de Pfeffel does not know of any reason why he willor should resign and intends to take the cons into the next election. The former shows the person he is and the latter is not in his gift but that of the party.

It will all change if the Tories take a bath at the local elections.
If their result holds, Johnson will be safe, for now.

I see you have decided to adhere to the holy ghosts unusual request for parity in addressing the PM and the leader of the opposition
I say unusual has he has no alliance to either party, there is one bloke though who has his own affectionate name for our leader, so I doubt he'll conform.

It's just a mood thing Chis. I must be in a good mood today, though I've no idea why, perhaps it's because he's left the country (even if it's only for a couple of days)

My mood improved yesterday as Johnson looks to be heading for the exit.
As for 5 pm on Saturday, we live in hope
I was in a really good mood last night, to see the Tories being utterly unwilling to back their leader in the "partygate" vote.
It seems that even the Troy MP's have had enough of Bojo.
Mind you, most of them didn't make the effort to vote, which is pretty poor form.
Roll on the local elections

| Poor Rishi Sunak, from hero to zero.
His personal ratings have hit an all time low.
It's amazing what happens when the chancellor has to balance the books.

Well Starmer can’t be that clever if he can’t remember his deputy was at the same “work event”

| At least he wasn’t trying to do an interview with the winner takes it all blurting out. I also note that when the Mail said Starmer was having cake on his birthday they forgot to mention that the country was not in lockdown at that time.
I would also ask why does de Pfeffel and Hancock refuse to admit their culpability in the death of so many in care homes when it was known to both of them that people being discharged from hospital could have the virus without the symptoms. They were offered the opportunity to correct the record but refused.
