Hi guys I hope you all can take time to read this and help out a friend who has had a very testing time recently with their new born Ben.
Last year when we had stadium issues, Andy was one of the lads that gave up a lot of his time when he could to help out and it was much appreciated, now's a time he could do with a little help.
Andy is a kind of modest guy that probably wouldn't push this fund raising on here.
he's set a modest target of £500 which I know we could break that barrier easily.
I spoke to him yesterday at the game and he assured me all was well with Ben and that he was in training to do this 10k run. I wish I was ten yrs younger and I would of ran by his side but alas my body wouldn't be able to keep up with him.
rugby aside I hope you can feel it in your hearts to help out Andy achieve his goal, gee him up in making this worth while to go for, I know a lot would say that the government should be paying for this but this is a way too for Andy to show his thanks for helping Ben have a chance in life.

Ben was born with two holes in his heart, and on 20 January he had open heart surgery to correct this. It was a tough time but thanks to the fantastic care he received at the Leeds Children's Heart Unit, he sailed through the surgery and initial post operative period, and is well on the way to making a full recovery.
I was really inspired by the hard working staff and the exceptional bravery shown by some of the kids and their parents that I met on the unit. So I decided I wanted to try and raise money for the Children's Heart Surgery Fund, the charity which supports the unit.
After some persuasion from my wife, I signed up to run this year's Leeds 10k.....
So that's where you come in..... Please could you sponsor me and help me reach my target and help support the great work of the Leeds Children's Heart Unit.
