Dave Petersen has extended his stay with the Eagles from Bradford until the end of this season.

Betting Update
We are 3/1 and 12 point underdogs i am sorry to the realist but I can see Bradford winning quite easy by about 20 points if you look at our recent results we had good second half performances at Batley and Hunslet but not had a complete game performance since April where we played really well against halifax and featherstone we need a return to these performances before it is too late and will get dragged into the boredom of the Championship shield

Could Doncaster actually win a game based on Hunslet performance against Bradford it is probably their best chance of the season Doncaster are recieving 8 points on the handicap which is tempting

Halifax are 20 point favourites at home to Batley they way there are playing they should win easily however Batley rarely get beaten by 20 points or more it has happened just three times this season away to leigh sheffield and fev

Luckily for us Leigh are 20 point favourites against fev can they repeat their shock victory bradford i hope not I am looking forward to the probable middle 8 decider match next sunday

Dewsbury are 2 point favs at home to London hopefully dewsbury can win again which will make it tough for London to finish higher than us

Whitehaven host the Cumbrian derby they are favourites by 8 points not sure why it should be a close game and this season workington have won both games by 6 and 40 points

They did well to get back in contention but thank god for Lauaki's backchat which made Briggs' second penalty goal a whole lot more easier. We showed what we are capable of today. One point needed in the next two games to secure a top four spot. It's on us.

After each defeat in the Championship they have bounced back with a victory in the Championship and the full time teams have not completed a double over us;except when Leigh played the 12! ( Oh,and provided we defeat London in a fortnight )

Nice psychological boost for the Middle 8's.

Just have to ensure we get there now.

A shame for Bradford that the injury to Mullaney may mean he misses their next game.

Thought Sheffield were good today, without being excellent. You didn't need to be. We were terrible in the first half and gave ourselves too much to do in the second half.

A million times better than what we were against Halifax so that probably explains my initial post-match post. Good luck for the rest of this season, but obviously not against us if we meet you in the middles..

Still need a point to be sure of the four. Our points difference is better than Fev's but it'd take three unfeasibly close games for us to go through on points difference.

I thought the referee was good,despite not seeing the blatant tug-back on Scott Turner in the build-up to their last try.

James Lowes didn't seem to see the good team display from us.

Absolute joke of a non-decision. Thank god it didn't cost us.

I'm hoping we'll have got our act together by then because our first half performance yesterday was shocking. We're much better than that but Sheffield played well. Your set completion was very good.

Indeed it was. In the first half, I believe the only error was Turner knocking on when attempting to score in the corner. Second half was almost as good.
