Sounds like politics.
Good Friday is a traditional rugby league game day, and with them being a heartlands traditional club, why do they now want the Saturday?
Ive no problem with either day, just very strange.

Surely it's a bit much to ask for a change of date for that ? After all, Rovers had the opportunity to put their fixture amendments in back in November.

Not that I'm bothered either way like. If the BoD think they can get a few bob more for a saturday night now, are they not right to ask the question?

I won't be there if its on the Saturday, Wednesday have got Huddersfield away that day which looks like it's going to be an absolutely huge game.
Unless it's a later kick off.

Well, the point is, Robin, that they'd no need to ask the question if they'd decided when the draft fixtures came out.
Isn't one of the big problems of the game, from a supporters point of view, the incessant bu99ering about of the fixture list ?
