After the relative successful coach trip to Wembley I'm thinking of running coaches to league away games next year, if people are interested.

The flat rate to away games, apart from Swinton and Leigh is £15 but will be charging £17.

Pickup would be 12.15pm from The Penny Black pub next to the Bus Station in town so we get to wherever we are going a good hour and a half before kick off to have a drink. Pickup would be hour after the final whistle giving everyone a chance to have a drink (again).

The extra £2 is incase any numpty doesn't show up or cancelled at the last minute to cover the cost. Any excess money would be given to the club at the end of the season.

The likes of Leigh do this, on a bigger scale, and gave nearly £1000 to the club at the end of the season which would be a great and think it might help increase our away following a bit!

The price is based on either a 12, 18 or 24 seater but if we was able to fill a bigge r coach (say a 49 seater) the price would drop quite a lot. It's not a definite price, time etc as I'm still shopping around but I just thought I'd post about it too see if anyone would be interested.

I know it's a little steep but if prices start shooting down if you get to the ground half an hour before kick off and leave 20 minutes after final whistle. Prices shoot down more as well as the size of the coach goes up...

Can you do pick-ups from Ilkley?

I'd be happy to go straight away to save a few quid, as in most cases the train would be cheaper than any coach. Saying that though it's a good idea and I think most of the tarts would be up for it, most of them aren't fans of walking more than 5 metres.

Not for home games, no. You can walk to most of the away games

Little update. Still based on the times above If we used a 24 seater coach we would need a minimum of 18 people paying £15 each. If more people came and we filled the coach upto the maximum 24, the price would drop to £12 each.

The price could be reduced more if we set off and left earlier.

I'll properly look into this all after Christmas and ask everyone if they would be interested.
