Right back in 2006 we took an absolute shedload of red and yellow balloons and it looked awesome, we must do the same again. I urge everyone to go out and buy as many balloons as possible and let's have the players arrive on to the pitch to a sea of colour.

What about an Argentina '78 ticker tape welcome for the players? Just cut the Sheffield Bugle into approx 10cm x 2cm strips and Robert is your Dad's brother. It used to look fantastic at the 1978 WC when Argentina walked out to play. A windy day also helps.

You wouldn't want the ref to disallow an Eagles' try because a balloon was distracting/obstructing a defender or affecting a kick through now would you? Remember the Liverpool beach ball? |
