Showed himself up for exactly what he is today, I absolutely loved it when he turned round and gave us the finger. That completed the day for me! What a grade A muppet!!

Loved Mitch Stringer's comment in the bar afterwards, "that's the best Sam has ever played for us!" hahaha. Worrincy was woeful too, absolutely woeful.

I'm pleased that fatty Stringer got his breath back after Gannon put him on his ar$e off the ball, he whinged & whined to the ref, eventually.........

Just as an aside. Do your fans behave this way when any visiting club has one of your previous players, or is it just Sam and Rob you dispise with so much venom? Some of the Eagles fans sat around me were fair foaming at the mouth when either of these touched the ball.......

No for me it all comes from when we visited Fax last year in the play offs and Rob and Sam decided they would come up to the away fans and clap in our faces, gloating on their win, it kinda pi$$es fans off....

It was pay back and I thoroughly enjoyed (hopefully) making them feel how it felt for me

Nope, I know of no other player which has received said treatment. Michael Haley as an example left last year to go to Fev, fair play to him, he did it right. Rob was staying with Tubby at the time he signed for you, had agreed a new deal, albeit in principle with a handshake, then completely betrayed Mark's trust and signed for you for the dollar. Don't think we need to go into the whole Barlow debacle again.

All fair points, but you all need to see the therapist, who would say you've got to let go and move on, or it will just eat away at you.

We've had our fair share of "being trodden on" and in subsequent seasons boo'd our hearts out, but then got over it.

We will play each other at least twice next season and Rob is defo signed and maybe Sam? You need to chill, because some I saw were close to busting blood vessels....

To be honest mate, I'm not sure there is any genuine venom behind it anymore, it's more of a pantomime. It's even funnier with Barlow because his temper is shorter than...a very short thing. Made my life when he turned round and put the fingers up, hilarious.

I know what you mean. He has a very short fuse, which he has been keeping dry for a good few games and then he meets the Eagles and kerpow..... Brain farts all game....

That;s the thing don't think its hatred,more of knowing that sombody clearly gets wound up by it so just carrying it on,Same as in life really its always fun to winde a person up,some people dont and some people bite all the time,Hence its fun to carry it on

I was going to cancel my Sky subscription now they're not putting Div 2 matches on but now I'm going to keep it so that I can boo Barlow.

At present I don't think so, but if he does go to HKR it would indicate that someone thinks he has the potential, and with full time training, who knows.
