Thank you griff, his comments so upset me I even contemplated suicide, then I looked out of my window and saw the Pennines stretching out before me I thought of the idyllic life I lead, retired at 50 on a superb pension and thought no, despite being so badly hurt, despite me being called a carbuncle and my beloved town being called a carbuncle I will carry on. Better to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, than to give in over such a hurtful slight.



P.s He's probably right about Halifax Town Centre, especially the St John's area which looks like down town Kabul, I very seldom visit it.
