Odd one that, he's a good player and has really risen to the derby challenge which has kept KR thriving since they made SL. He has not been as good as he was under Kear however, possibly because he is a creative LF and not a halfback (imo).

If KR do let him go (not a popular choice I would have thought) I could se him moving to Wakefield to re-join the Brough-Kear dynamic, which could really see Wakefield do well. He was overlooked by Noble for GB duty on a regular basis, I'm suprised that Noble even expressed an interest and not at all suprised that he hasn't taken the Wrexam option.

Talk sense mate,Cooke is far from rubbish.He does have his issues,I will give you that.

When was his last decent game? Apart from the derby?

I obviously cant give a fair comment on that as I thankfully dont attend Rovers matches. My statement was I think it is unfair to call Cooke rubbish.
I can only comment on when he played for Hull,and I thought when he went,all politics of it aside,we lost a good player.I think its no secret that rumours abound him and Morgan don`t get on,and that may be affecting his game.I am only trying to put a fair slant on him.
(I probably will get stick from Hull fans for doing so.)
But its all about opinions,and I will respect yours.

The money isn't the issue as to why he'd be leaving. We wouldnt be looking at one of the NRL's top paid props and only waiting on his visa if money were the problem. If you ask me we are out there looking at the best half backs available in 2011 and Cooke's wage along with Galea's will go a long long way to bring a player of that stature to the club.

Nick HKR, your 3mil in debt. I think if Cooke was too leave, money would definatly be a plus for your club. It may not be in your mind, but I bet it's in your chairmans.
