The RFL have investigated 2 incidents of crowd trouble, at Rovers and Huddersfield. The common denominator is Salford.
Rovers are fined, Salford are fined, Huddersfield are not ?
Is this because Huddersfield fans did'nt retaliate or become involved ( which was the correct reaction), or is it that the MPG was televised and embarresed the authorities?

Let's hope the deadheads who were fighting on the pitch stop and thing before doing it again. Next time the cost could be the difference between squad re enforcements or not.

I believe that the decision to suspend £20k was only after whilst investigating the incident, the RFL witnessed the empathy displayed by RoversRobin10 in going on the pitch to console and shake hands with a devastated Ken Sio.

Yep. It seems that the video of Roversrobin10 on the pitch consoling a distraught Ken Sio whilst simultaneously kicking the cr4p out of a couple of equally pi55ed up Mancs secured us a valuable discount of 75% from the RFL from the originally intended fine in this season of essential financial belt tightening for us. After all the club is always on the lookout for a gifted multi-tasker like this with obvious proven utility value to work in the Hull KR Community Trust and the Governing Body took account of that in mitigation.

I would assume the former, the skirmish at Hudds was clearly only Salford fans whereas ours regardless of who started it clearly had the small element of our 'fans' (with even smaller brains) itching to get involved. Think we've got off pretty lightly to be honest.

This video needs to be removed. Not only does it encourage the entering of the field of play, it flouts health and safety
Firstly there is the total disregard to suitable footwear, then the young man in the fawn tanktop could very easily be mistaken for Jamie Shaul with that running style
I am also very concerned for the lady in the grey top, she needs some head protection with a face guard before she blacks both her eyes !!

There was a twitter storm amongst the Salford fans to invade the pitch prior to the game, of which Rovers and Salford were made aware of, and yet it still happened!. Rovers security in that area was inadequate and that is why the fine was imposed. IMO the company Rovers contracted for stewardship should be pursued for compo.

I'm no fan of DGM but nowt wrong with leg pull.i have said numerous times what I saw at mpg. Salford affiliate from north stand was the catalyst god knows how bad it would have been if they had actually lost ? Next mpg the police must be in stadium. They were scum and I ain't shy from a bit of pagger but they were organised and intent on damage. Hope they go down horrible crappers and koucash is a growth. Him and Beaumont and that white honky jumping about when Leigh got done by leeds was a joy to behold

This is probably the best outcome .......Unfortunately, the Rover's stadium is open to pitch invasions .....And, as the Stewards aren't employed as security and many of them are young girls just trying to find employment, we cannot blame them for not stopping the mindless thugs .......The Salford fans invaded the pitch after their emphatic win, and we can appreciate this joy and tribulation from their fans ......We would have done the same in their situation .......But, when the Man United fans started to flip the "V" and beckon the Rover's fans of the East Stand the whole thing turned into an escapade of violence .......This is probably the best outcome!
