Where is this guy??. Was apparently going to be ready for the Middle/top 8 matches if I heard right, because of his injury rehab going well.

I'm presuming tony has his quota place, so we either have one or the other. If that's the case can we deregister Tilse instead and keep Tony and Mitch.

Something the club has been quiet on also. Who is de-reg in our team?? I'm presuming they've kept quiet on this since the Willie Mason saga.
But if Mitch was fit, I'd have him above Tilse any day.

I would be surprised if Allgood has been de-regged, don't think the RFL would have allowed that for an injury that might be ok by the end of the season. I think another loophole was found for TP. Campese may have been to allow Chisholm in but still not sure if there is a loan loop hole in there somewhere.

I know Allgood has been around the club but not sure if he's trained or not.

I also think the panning Tilse is taking is getting a bit much. He looked good prior to his injury, offloads looked dangerous. He has come back into a team that is struggling and I wonder if CC has reigned in the offloads due to ball retention. Lets give him a week or 2 to get back to full fitness before making him a the scapegoat for the pack that TP aside is underperforming in every position.

I don't think the rfl could stop us de-registering a player. As MA is non-fed they can stop him re-registering in the same season.
Fed-trained injured players are being constantly de- and re-registered, I assume, especially at the rich clubs who'd otherwise be more constrained by the salary cap.

I've had similar experiences and it can be quite overpowering, especially when they haven't washed their black and white shirts for a month.

Getting Allgood back would be like a new signing, assuming he can get back to the form he was showing until his injury. Great player.

Chester was quoted in League Weekly on Monday as saying Allgood is on course to return to the squad for the second round of the middle 8. He is lifting weights & doing strength work on his shoulder, he has some markers to hit before he can do contact work but is expected on the training field next week.

Also said that Puletua could yet remain with Rovers in 2016, Chester is going to have a chat with him about delaying his retirement. Sounded like Chester is going to try to talk him into it he said he believes he is fit enough to do another year if his heart is in it.

All of which suggests that Allgood has not been de-registered and that somehow Puletua does not count on the quota or non fed.

Would be good to get Mitch back for the 8's, I'd feel a lot better with him, Tony P, Walker, Green and Greenwood as props. Plus Tony P can go 2nd row as well.

I'd keep Puletua for 2016 if possible.

I agree, he has certainly been one of our better forwards in the short time he has been here, in fact he's got better with each game imo.

Back against Leigh according to the Wail. Massive boost if true. Our best prop on his day and one of the best in the comp IMO.

The only worry I'd have with Allgood against Leigh is his discipline. The lad has a short fuse and Leigh are renown for dirty play. Saying that, that might be what we need.

That's exactly what we've missed! Even walker seems to have lost his mean streak.

Leigh aren't a dirty team, we were targeted and don't back down as a group. The majority of bans were handed to our opponents and didn't have the issues playing SL opposition who should be better than us
