| Really difficult player to stop - even if he is 35 / 40 or whatever and Dobson always looked dangerous with ball in hand today.
I think you gave away a few silly pens in key positions but when we did they were in less serious places.
You also semed to knock on etc at crucial times.
Clint Newton played really tough and Aizue made an impact too (on Morley!).
But Stanley played really well imo. Good luck to you for the rest of the season. You won't be far off top spot.

| I thought Ben Galea was a bit poor today, lots of Rovers fans say he is one of their best players but from what I've seen of him he hasn't being that good really.

Made some silly decisions on last tackle plays, same with Fitzhenry.
Gene was awesome, as always.

Wasn't his usual self, but as for him not being that good, you clearly haven't watched him play much at all.

| I've been impressed with Galea lately. I have no idea what he was thinking when he hoofed the ball into the stands when he had 2 players outside him today though.

| Stanley Gene is by far my favourite non-Wigan player in the league. He could be 60-70-80 years old he never takes a backword step. Absolutely love him. Also Aziue's [sp? hits on Morley were lovely.

Nah just the derby games and some of the TV games. I also thought Fitzhenry was a poor option from hooker and though I don't really rate Fisher I think you look much better when he's on the pitch.

| He always looks like he's gonna take someone's head off when he tackles, not sure if it's because he's so small or his technique or what.

Including the 1 this season where he got Man of The Match by any chance.

| Not to mention the trys he has scored, what he does week in week out in defence for us and the positive effect he has on other players while he is on the field. Ben Galea is an excellent player and one that would walk into most SL sides.

A lot of fans who post rubbish about players do not really understand the whole game, they are there for the attacking action and try scoring, they don't grasp that players like Fitzy are the backbone of a squad who just go about their business for 80 mins without being spectacular. If someone said we had signed a player that had topped the NRL try scoring, won a GF, can play wing, centre, hooker, off half and full back to a good standard and has pace comparable to the top 10% fastest RL players, we would be jumping for joy. Fortunately he is already her in the guise of Fitzy.
Last season the boo boys were on the back of another of our unsung hero's in Jason Netherton, who has been immense for us since signing. Teams full of superstars rarely work, you need your grafters and tryers as well. I hope they stop this ridiculous scapegoating and get behind ALL of the lads.

For me he had a great game yesterday. He had two absolutely woeful kicks that people around me were starting to get at him for, and frankly, I don't think he should be kicking anyway. But he is consistent and I like what he does for the team. And how about that skill in the build up to Websters try?!?! I would like to see him make a few clean breaks for dummy half.

| Tbh Fitz didn't play well yesterday which is a shame because he has looked good coming off the bench.
Galea had a quiet game yesterday mainly I think becuase Wire kept a close eye on him after what he did to them at Edinburgh.
Both are excellent players who weren't on top form.
I'm sure they will be firing on all cylinders come Friday.
