| Absolutely outstanding today in attack and defence and should have got Man of the Match for me. I'm glad Morgan has started playing him from the start and using Fitzhenry as impact as this seems to work much better.
Fully deserved his try at the end.

I think he was top class in our first year in Super League, my player of the year anyway. People seem to forget how good he's been for us because he was carrying an injury last year and wasn't playing as well as he can. I've always been a big fan of Fish, even back when he was causing us problems when he played for Halifax! |

I remember the playoff against Fax, Justin hadn't yet taken over(although he was there) And some of the crowd were booing him,  because Webbo had taken us on a great run, Funny that, its not something i've heard for a while |

And rightly so! Dibley was never a SO and don't get me started on playing Manno at centre...

Looking back at that game I think it's obvious that Morgan knew that that team wasn't capable of progressing any further so had a little play with the team to see what players could do in different positions.
When we signed Fisher it was the start of Morgans intent to assemble a quality team that would rip apart NL1.
I think you're right about the hat-trick though, he certainly ran the show that day. |
