I still cannot fathom the inconsistencies in all SL teams performances this season, except Wakefield. Last 6 SL games, the Wire have gone WLWLWL so on that basis it looks ominous for us tonight. On paper, they look to have the beating of us in all areas, except perhaps in the halves.

As we have beaten every team above us this season, except Leeds, Cas and Warrington, we have to feel confident of running Warrington very close tonight.

It's all down to who wants it more - us or them. Play like we did in the first half against Cas a fortnight ago for any of the 80 and they will prevail. Play like we did in the second half against Cas and against Widnes last weekend and I would tip us.

Puletua and Greenwood are more confident and having Walker and Horne back, together with a scooting John Boudebza at hooker is a real bonus.

I am confident we won't repeat the Cas 1st half at home again this season, so on that basis alone, I say Rervers by 4.

What's happened to the atmosphere at craven park? It was pretty quiet on Easter Monday but its like a bowls match tonight.
Used to be a raucous intimidating atmosphere there a year or so ago

Good result, we can only play what's in front of us and with our own injuries it's about fair game. But I agree about the East stand isn't as loud as it used to be!

cracking performance by rovers, wire weren't up to much but you certainly put the cleaners through them.

It did seem quiet watching it back on tv. It was actually quite noisy stood in the East stand.

Enjoyed the game last night. Kelly outstanding. Hope we keep it going in the cupboards next week.

The problems with your head.

We sit in the West stand and the microphones were hanging over the gantry. The noise coming from the East stand is blocked. Shame really it would sound much better on the TV. Too loud for the commentators liking.

Well deserved win for you. Totally outplayed us in the last hour of the game. As you might tell from a look on our board, we are in disbelief at just how bad we've been this season bar three games (Leeds x2 and Wakefield).

Why doesn't asatosi play more minutes

I think we are a better team with Kelly and Blair at halfbacks.If/when Campese comes back and we carry on producing performances like this,Chester may have a "nice" headache next season.
And there was nowt wrong with the noise in the East stand,i commented at the game how good the atmosphere was..

I think that he's got injury or recovery problems. Either there's an underlying injury that only allows him so many minutes or if he plays too long he can't recover in time for thr week's training. I can't think why else he only puts in 15 minutes a game.

To say we're miffed about Asotasi is an understatement. I'm personally disappointed at the management/recruitment team over him, while other Wires are angry at him personally (which I think's a bit unfair).

That was probably our best performance this season. 7 from 9 at home, we are really Jekyll & Hyde!

Set up nicely for the Catalans game on Thursday, lets hope Wakefield give them a physical game today!
