Very harsh on Latus IMO, he scores most outings, defends well above his weight and is a cheap option to rely on in times of injury and suspension. Yes we now have Caro and he should be better, certainly faster but will he be safe under the high ball? Will his defence be suspect considering the two centres we will have out there next to the wingers? Welham is very suspect in defence and Gleeson while ok at defending is nowhere near Webster who still had a few issues in that department compared to similar stature players playing elsewhere.
I'd filter Caro in next season with the hope of him becoming a regular on the score sheet. Would love to see some kick and chases from him too when there is no full back at home!!!'"
Agree with that. Would like to see a kick from the scrum if Caro is playing. Always like that as an option if there is no one at fullback. Haven't seen it done at Rovers for a while.
