Not bad, cept the strange points system for SL - 3 points for a win, 2 points a draw!

Is there any way that you can get rid of having to choose the academy and reserve side squad? Thanks in advance...

Just hope in the future, they will bring out some kind of editor, so you can change Managers and Players names, besides that its an alright game.Still sussing things out on it

The games runs fine, until i go to play the game. When the game comes on the subs stay on the pitch and then the players just run around every where, gets rather anoying

Took East Lancs to the Championship and won promotion to the Super League. Won promotion every year, upgraded all Stadium etc after getting £2mil for winning the League and £1mil for the NRC. Took England to the WC and just got battered by Australia in the pool, jumped forward a Day and I'd been sacked due to lack of Board Confidence.

Downloaded it last night, I keep getting warnings and fines from RFL for having too many players salaryed over 16k at Halifax. Werid thing is they start with more than 10 players over 16k. So I keep getting fines and just got sacked.

Any ideas on how to stop this?

Myself and a friend have had this following problem:

Every time I load the game now, I can play for about ten minutes. Then, the game stops responding, and then after a moment Windows decides to shut the game down because it has stopped working (it pops up 'RLM 2009 has stopped working').

This is getting rather annoying now. I've done a whole season and I'm about three rounds into 2010 on my Wigan game and its becoming a farce really. Anyone know how I can stop it? Or could be data be corrupted or something?
I don't think corruption is the answer because my mates is doing it too; it must need patching or something.

Anyway, yeah, help needed because I can't really play the game at all.

That happens to me with Wigan in 2010, get to about March and then it crashes. It also has happened with Leigh, took them into SL but as soon as the new season starts, it crashes. Bugger.

Bit of a sod really. I started a new one and this works fine, so I don't know what it is.

My bet now is corruption, maybe from pressing Ctrl Alt Del with the game on or something. You ever done this? Because I'm really not sure...I don't know, we'll find out when we get to season two on this game if it does the same again.

I dont reecall pressing Ctrl/Alt/Del, but i did have aother program running in the background?

Can anybody tell me how to change my goal kicker? Im sick of Tim Smith taking the kicks

jeffb: Na, that's not it. Works fine for me on this new game with other things running. I also tried the dodgy file with things in and out of the background, and the result of failure insued each time.

Just happened to me with East Lancs Lions

Good job I had saved after the Championship GF. Get to the 20 something of November, click advance and the game closes

When your in the match, at top next to where you make your interchanges there is a Tatics option, you can change goal kicker on there.

I'm pretty sure it's a bug. Has there been any word of any sort of patch yet?

I got it working again today, although I wish I hadn't, I've only won one game in SL



There will be a patch as Alex has pointed out different bugs and is going through them. I doubt it will be long before the patch comes out.

Dunno, just kept on trying to get past the end of the season





Took about 5 tries and it just worked.

Haha, I'll just wait for the patch rather than doing that methinks. I get annoyed and break things easily.
