Yep I agree on Douglas, plus England, Mariano, Hedges are all top players too, it’s just my opinion that I think we need 3 new props, and a quality 13. Idd only count Scott and Bastas as forwards being released as I wouldn’t really count the hookers as forwards (I know there classes as that) but I think you get what I mean.

Howden is a surprise IMO, interesting to see who he is linking up with. I know that Thornton rates him.

The thing with Howden is, he's a 6. We may have been playing him at fullback but he will want to be playing at 6. If he stayed here he's competing against Rangi Chase for that shirt so he probably fancies his chances better elsewhere, remember that list doesn't mean they weren't offered anything. Also throw into that mix his injury record and it would have been a very complicated decision for the club and him.

Totally agree Jemmo. He's been a great servant to the club and is a top bloke. He could never be sure of a start going forward so I genuinely wish him the best.

I'm disappointed Howden is leaving , he has done well since taking over the full back role, and gives us plenty of options in the halves when fit.

Could he be on his way to Keighley or Hunslet?

Maybe the halves will be made up of Beharrell, Rangi, and Boas with a new specialist full-back being brought in?

Perhaps Jordan saw his opportunities being limited and wants a regular half-back slot?

I very much hope we've signed Jack Logan to be full-back.

I think (and hope) we have a specialist 1 coming in. In fact it would be my priority
