The Referee was a disgrace , Leatherbarrow is the only ref in the league that makes Jamie Bloem look good .He is from the Steve Ganson school of referees "everyone has come to watch me not the two teams" , If the RFL don't get their act together and make these clowns accountable then the game will die. Every week from Super League down its the same incompetent cretins spoiling the game.

I would have thought that if the club (as Carl has intimated on the official site) are aggrieved with the display of the referee they can put in a formal complaint to the RFL in writing about the display of the officials especially the final two scoring (or non scoring) incidents of the match, while it would not have any effect on the result it may highlight some inconsistencies in standards.

It sounds like they team had a real go yesterday and were unlucky not to get the illusive first win I am sure it cannot be far away, a new coach and a settled side could see a much improved remainder of the season, while I think escaping relegation is out of our grasp now.....they said the same to Leicester City.

Your right Steve, the club could make a complaint, but I fear it would have no effect. I have zero faith in the arrogant people who run our game.

If they complain and nothing happens then all well and good they have done what they can, but it they just sit and seethe quietly then nothing will happen.

Think of the hypothetical scenario that we miss out on survival by 2 points, those decisions yesterday will have a massive effect on the future of our club and serious financial implications.
