As far as I know its over 10 years since we last lost to Sheffield - I think its says a lot that I didn't give us a chance of winning tonight. I think its a deadly combination of average players, lack of motivation for the released players and most importantly a e coach.
Understandable VM, thought you'd win, as the worst team out of the top 6 I'd seen, i.e. v Leigh, and on Sky, are Sheffield. You've had an awful end to the season, and it doesn't take a genius to work out why.
Anyway, at least from 2012, I now have a Sooper League team that I am [igenuinely[/i interested in.
All week i was saying im not going Sheffield, then on the day I was feeling really guilty about giving it a miss, after seeing the score im now glad i stayed home
The coaching and recruitment staff ought to be embarrassed at finishing below Batley and Sheffield in the table and going out of the play off's first go.The winning streak just papered over the cracks and when Widnes finally faced decent teams they were't up to it.Shocking season and no amount of spin and bull about trying out players for SL,injuries, and having nothing to play for will change most fans view.
