Another good signing but I just hope that we don't shelve the development of Chris Gerrard for players like Finno. I'd play him in the SR alongside Allan and keep Gerrard at 13.

He’s a very good signing for this league. He’s pacey and his support play is brilliant. He’ll probably be with us should we get a licence, but I can’t see him as anything other than a good squad player there.

I’m looking forward to seeing him linking up with Daniel Heckenberg, who is always looking to offload.

Good signing and nice to see him return. A little bit of a tearaway last time he was here in the town but he seems to have settled down, got married and had a child now.

Really cant argue with someone with eight (?) years of SL experience and a very solid player with a knack of scoring tries to come in and replace Doran in the backrow.

Well considering he's played Super League for the last 6 or so years i would say people do rate him, he's been our best signing so far and thats a fact. Everyone in the relegation year was rubbish but he's moved on and bettered himself and now comes back a real complete player. His defence is actually very good. I also disagree with your statement on we just need a second rower who tackles well, balls to that we need someone who attacks well and can finish.

I have to say that in part I agree with this. I thought in his first season he was great and deservedly took the number 13 squad number from Frame who was looking a little poor that season. But then after that I found him to be a thoroughly frustrating player but maybe that was just part of playing in some very poor sides.
Since then however he seems to have become quite a decent player and is fairly well rated so it sounds like his re-signing could be a decent move for us.

Watching him at bulls before he moved on again he impressed at the start of that campaign.
