Tremendous performance from the lads. Grant Gore and Danny Craven bossed it at half back, the forwards were great both going forward and in defence and Alex Brown at full back was probably the stand out player, pace to burn and knew exactly were and when to come into the line. Both Jack Owens and Keiran Butterworth had great games on their debuts having both been promoted from the undefeated 16s team with Keiran scoring the match winning try and making a try saving tackle on the Saints winger with about 5 minutes to go.

To watch these lads perform for our team against the best junior teams Super League has to offer is very uplifting and makes me proud to be a Vikings fan.

Keep it going lads, you are doing the town and yourselves proud.
