It speaks volumes that Barrow have the only fans (some not all) who are up in arms over our signings, whereas fans of other clubs are able to act with dignity.

Had they have signed these players (as they claim they were heading their way in November), they'd be hailing the dual reg system to be mighty success.

I suppose I was a bit naughty. However, I think the Barrow fans deserved it. I wonder who the hell they think they are sometimes. Barrow are a nothing club imo. They are in a league with clubs like Halifax, Leigh and Featherstone who all have fine histories and enough reason to crow. I could even understand the Hull KR fans arrogance when they were in this league. Barrow have none of that.

We are leveled down, due to the salary cap, and by actually trying to stick to it is the reason for bringing in dual-registration players, which don’t count on the cap. Obviously any club that doesn’t bother about the SC doesn’t need to bother with dual-registration players.

Most rival clubs fans have congratulated us but these seem genuinely rattled - that bit I like. It must be their messageboard users as I've always found their speccies (or should that be species) OK face to face

You lads know me well enough to know I love a bit of banter myself, I just wish fans would know where to draw the line. Visiting fans are welcome to try but keep it clean, original, and funny.

Good on Widnes for signing the 3. Could be a blessing or a curse depending what happens later in the season. Barrow Fans come across as total retards who think everybody is against them and just seem to think we should all bow down to des and his crew. There is only 1 team fit for SL for 2012 and thats Widnes. As much as it hurts me Fax are still some way off ready for SL and for now am happy in the championship. Some great banter and Knowledge between fans of Widnes, Fax, Leigh etc until the Barrow Muppets turn up. I am sure Leigh will turn on the water hose again for the Fax game to slow us down and Widnes with Sicknote Kohe Love and Dirty sod Mark Smith will play the rough and thugs game they like to play.
