i think he is the 2nd oldest surviving at 91 he still works full time at Leigh Centurions as Time Keeper, secretary and honary president.

I was watching the match with him last night and he was saying how many happy memories he has of playing at naughton park and how he is always treated very well when he goes back there for the leigh v widnes games
