It does look bad - I wouldn't be surprised if its more than 3 games. Don't the disciplinary commitee usually try to work out wether its accidental, reeckless or deliberate. An accidental contact and he might have been looking at no punishment or maybe a 1 match ban, but if they consider it to be reckless or even worse deliberate and he could be out for some time. Not wanting to bag one of our own players but had someone like Terry Newton had done something like that on a live Sky game there would be loads of people saying he should be banned for months or more.

I must admit that i'm confused Sheff think are tactics where slowing the game and trying to get into an arm wrestle yet we scored 44 points?

Is annoying that when we finally get a side who are as physical as the rest and are having a good season so far the players get called cheats and arrogant (not sure where they got that from) and this again leads to us being slagged off in the RL papers by letters etc and are SL efforts lambasted and discredited. Widnes do as much for this league as any other side... backing cap cuts etc, yet where the one's who get all the stick???

Like I've said, after the bleating I've put up with from the Sheffield oiks for the last 24 hours, I'm more than happy to dish out arrogance and smugness in spades. It shows how inaccurate the comments on the Sheffield board are when they were slating Smithy saying he'd ran in from 20 yards and was smacking Ropati in the face. The video proves Smithy did nothing more than act as peacemaker.
