Presumably South Stand will be allocated to the Smogs, which is unreserved seating behind the sticks at the hotel end of the ground. Not sure what the stewards are like in there in terms of getting people to sit down, but they weren't as bad as later in the football season as they were when it first opened.

We are steadily increasing our support but at a painfully slow rate. I have supported Fax all my life through good times and bad and I can state quite categorically that, if a promotion place was the prize for winning the grand final (or finishing at the top of the league as it should really be), we would be packing them in at a much more substantial rate.

The number of people from Widnes attending was not an issue to me. They tried to get behind a beaten team and certainly added to the atmosphere, in fact I feel you helped "stimulate" our crowd into finding their voices.
