| Just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation.
I renewed my season pass last November at the KC shop.
I was told that my existing pass would be updated and to be used for this season,no problem.Then I read that passes with an H in the pass number would be replaced because of a problem.Mine didn't so no worries.Yesterday in the post I got another pass,same number,.What's going on here,I will ring the club.They have told me that there has been some more problems updating passes.Do I use my new one and bin the old then.Just to be safe take your new and old one to the first game and if the new one doesn't work try the old one.You couldn't make it up could you.
Anyone else had a similar problem.

| It was chaotic first game last year as I recall. Good job it's only a Derby attendance for the stewards and splendid systems to cope with this time.

No, not really, either you have called the club recently, and been told to try both, or you were told when you first signed for a new pass it would all be OK and have subsequently read it isn't going to be?
Either way, I hope you get it sorted.

I do apologise IR80 I wasn't aware that any observations,points or matters regarding the club on this website had to be run past you to see if they warrant a discussion.I have checked the AUP and had a shufty for the rules but I can't seem to find anything.May be its a late addition.

Ok truce.
No it's not sorted,the fact of the matter is that the club have no idea untill I and anyone else in the same boat,turn up for the first game which pass will get me into the game.That was the reason for my op to see if I was the only one.After getting my new card and speaking to the club I got the impression that I am not.

Still waiting for mine. I paid in full on 4th October got all the cheap bumpf but no pass. I’ve rang them three times to be told it’s on it’s way. Saturday 1st was told if it hasn’t arrived by Tuesday to call them back. Not feeling confident!

| We've not received our disabled parking passes yet either. We usually get a letter Nov/Dec asking if we still want the bay, then early/mid Jan we get a phone call to say they are ready for collection. Not heard a thing as of today, 5 days before the first home game. When I rang a couple of weeks ago the club said they were waiting for the SMC to hand them over. Lets see what they say today, but it really isn't good enough, especially for disabled people who can sometimes struggle to get to the stadium for a game, let alone have to come twice in the week, once to pick the pass up and then the game itself.
