Yes, I haven't heard a thing. Have emailed on 2 different addresses as the email they give on Paypal pinged back to me. My brother did receive an email saying he would getting a full refund, but nothing else. I know its only £3.99, but that's not the point is it?

it would n't be so bad if the club or AP was getting the money it's some company who cannot even be bothered to reply to emails |

I managed to get a refund after sending numerous emails to him (Luke Foster - Watch This Live), I received my refund after a month!
There was an article in the HDM last week regarding this guy Luke Foster, he runs Watch This Live and he's recently been arrested on suspicion of stealing from Hull Stingrays...

Just wanted to add that I received my refund around a week or so ago, after sending an email saying I was referring to Paypal if I didn't hear anything in 5 working days. I have to admit the reply and refund was speedy after that.
Their email did say Paypal refunds where processed within 48 hours but they had been put on hold.
Just a shame they didn't contact us to tell us that.
