Now that we have signed McDonnell, and it seems almost certain that we have Prince to be announced, surely that would take us over the quota allowance.
I know someone mentioned that Pearson said Seymour will also be staying, but I just don’t see how.

I would suspect that McDonnell possibly has an Irish passport as he nearly played for them. |
