| After seeing Tony Dean on the pitch at half time I don't remember too much about last nights second half. I drifted off into past thinking about the times we had fit, crafty halfbacks who could lead us around the park. Tony, Kevin Harkin, Kevin Dick, Paul McCaffrey, Greg Mackey were no world beaters but they certainly knew a trick or two.
Know I'll get flamed for living in the past, but the way things are with FC at the moment it beats living in the present.
BTW, no idea what Tony's illness is but I wish him all the best and thank him for some great memories.

| It was a very touching moment, he got a great reception and was clearly very moved.
Oh for the days when we had two good scrum halves!

| One of my greatest memories of the eighties is having Kevin Harking and Tony Dean vying for the number seven spot week in week out. Good times!

Strict rotation by Bunting. One week Dean, the next Harkin. Regardless of who we were playing. Fair and straight as a die - unless injury raised it's ugly head.

| I don't know much about the guy (as I was born december '92) but you could see how moved he was by the reception for him given by the club, the fans, and the ex-players in attendance. Wish him all the best.
