According to the Bradford board, Kyle Briggs is getting shipped of on loan to Harlequins.

In pre-season, a lot of fans were calling for Agar to go out and sign him but if he's not good enough for Bradford would he have been good enough for us? Does this go down as one (of very few

Think hes had a bit of bad luck with injuries and then they signed Jeffries.

Be interestin to see how well he teams up with Luke Gale again though.

Briggsy is still very much wanted by Bradford but they want him playing First grade as oppossed to Reserves and Quins will give him that for now.

Briggs hasnt done alot wrong when playing for us to be honest. Its his defence which potter is concerned about. It can only be good for him getting regular SL games. One for the future

It ing annoying that the three ball handlers keeping him out the side are Aussie.

You've got these young players like Ellis, Briggs and Moore who can't get a run because clubs sign overseas players in key positions.

Also says a fair bit about Quins, the amount of players they've had to loan the season.

It's not that he's not good enough.

Atm Potter rates Herbert more highly (but I think this may be more down to Briggs needing to bulk up and sort his defence out) but Briggs is still in his plans.

Personally I'd sacrifice Herberts slightly better defence to persist with Briggs - we look far better with him on the pitch and we get the ball out to the wings alot more often.

Maybe that's why Wakey are so keen to patch their ground up.

Moore has only played once I believe, his praise came for kicking 4 goals and a DG. Bit too early to say he's doing well.

Isn't Briggs 23 years old? Surely he's past being a 'promising youngster' and if he's good enough should be playing.
