Thought this too, but this sort of environment in the workplace does no-one any good in the long run. Particularly not the staff, or in this case the players. Surely old timers like Fitz, O'Meley and Whiting recognise this?

If so that is absolutely disgraceful. But once again the only way this can be improved is by a change in coaching, sorry Agar but if you can't make the team play to their full potential, for whatever reason, you've gotta go in my books!

Who says the players are backing Agar though? We have only had Fitz/Meley and Radders actually come out and stick up for him and Fitz/Radders it will be part of their jobs as club captain and team captain.
You will very rarely get a player coming out and publicly slating a current coach so the only thing they can do is remain silent. I am still not convinced the players are behind Agar.

Agree with this, whilst i'm sure there will be an instance of a player coming out and slating the coach, i for one can't recall one in any sport, so i tend to think that the players aren't necessarily backing him as such, but just aren't being openly critical of the man who decides whether they play at the weekend or not!!

I'm only guessing, but I believe that they train as hard as any other team.

I simply believe that the focus of this training is in the wrong areas.

It's similar to how they play. They seem to work hard but come up with nothing time and again.

the players are backing agar because agar has a secret contract with the ambulance chaser to hipnotise the players into thinking they're playing in the hull and district under 11's league..........honest

When Fitz , O'Meley , Long etc said Agar and his vision were the reason they'd signed it became absolutely clear to me that the guy is a hypnotist!! Derrin Brown has nothing on "look into my eyes" Rich. Perhaps we should all click our fingers at the next home game and watch the dawning sense of dread spread over the players faces

It's more like The Matrix, the machines are the board, kath is the controller, Rule is Smith and Neo is the fans. Not sure who the Oracle and Morpheus could be though?
