Last year at Cas the wheels well and truly fell off and the season became a shambles. This sunday i think we're owed a performance at that ground and think the players will deliver.

I truly hope so, i was there and love going to cas, but last year it was an awfull performance.

Well being as Cas are currently a complete shambles its hardly inspiring to suggest you'll win this week.

I'm talking more of the performance. Although given your recent posts you'll forgive me for taking what you say with a pinch of salt!

Cas played well last week at Quins and should have won the game. They have lots of dangerous players and if a couple of things go their way early they could gain confidence and be hard to beat. If we turn up thinking the win is a certainty then we will get beat imo and it won't be the first time this season either.

If we think beating the bottom of the table side gives us any right to think we're back then i think we need to think again. Cats are a poor team and you can only beat whats in front of you i know, but we still have masses of room for improvement.

spoke to some Cas fans at services on way back from London (i had been to Legoland with the kids) they were not happy bunnies, they said we would easily beat them and our under 16's would do a job on them.
They also were saying oh well theres always next year, so i think we can go there confident of a victory and once we get in front i think there fragile confidence will be shattered.
