| Personally i don't think radfords the man to captain FC, since swain left in 2007 we haven't had nobody to lead the team, maybe Craig Fitzgibbon or Long should wear the captains band next season? we need a true motivator and im now starting to think a true head coach rather than assistants.
Maybe we have got quality players but they just dont have a real leader or a coach that knows what hes doing. They seem to want to play for agar but don't think agars head coach material sadly  |

Thing is he had a storming start to the season and appeared to be a different player imo but seems to of gone back to how he was before, theres plenty of players in that team that want a rocket up there a*ses. |
