Dear Kath/James
Thought it might be helpful to highlight a few key areas where we need to strengthen for next season. Call me premature if you like, but the item in CAPITALS has been overlooked for 18 years, so might be worth a shot prioritising it to, you know, mix things up.
Coach that commands respect, can rebalance the squad composition in favour of attack and can utilise said squad to deliver a gameplan that consists of more than 5 drives and a kick to the opposition full back
SCRUM HALF
Full back
Centre
Prop (to replace Cusack)
Please note that we may need to source some/all of the above from Australia or New Zealand. This will involve making sure they have visas in place for pre-season in November. In other words, get a fecking move-on.

Who is going to entice them over ? That top class Coach Rich Agar?
They will be all falling over their feet to sign up ! 
Our set up would not inspire any top class playmaker to sign.
The Club is a shambles. |

Seems obvious to me Mrs B but the club just does't get it.
We had Tony Smith towards the end of his career but apart from that we've not signed a recognised scrum half for donkeys years. |

To be honest, Sheffield's recruitment seems better than ours. Aaron Groom, Tangi Ropati and Menzie Yere would all start for us! Why has a championship club have a superior recruitment system than us?
