He did well last season but he should be nowhere near the 17 unless we suffer more injuries. I hope he does not get picked ahead of someone like Hall.

We currently have 1 fit winger. I'd play him on Friday if allowed.

Horne can play on the wing like he did against Saints. We play Broughton there as he is a centre anyway.

Play Broughton and drop who? Horne to centre and Whiting to the bench and so on.

I don't see why the hell he would play ahead of Hall, Horne or Whiting.

G.Horne did great on the wing for us on monday but broughton is a more of a wing man and did good for us last season

I'd play Broughton ahead of Horne on the wing. If he can do a good job at FB I'd also play him there ahead of Hall and move Hall to the wing. I agree I wouldn't play him at Centre ahead of what we currently have though.

We only had two wingers in the first place!

In order to play Broughton out of position who would you drop and why? If he was an out and out winger it would be more understandable.

G.Horne isn't a Centre let alone a winger and Hall isn't a FB.

IF (I dont know if he can) he can do an adequate job at FB I'd play him there and take Hall out of the firing line, his confidence is in tatters at the moment and for his own good he needs moving away from FB. I'd probably then play him on the wing with G.Horne moving back to Centre and Whiting on the bench.

Playing a young kids like that at fullback when he has no experience there would be suicidal imo. Brough would pinpoint him all night.

He could play wing and then either Horne/Whiting would play centre with the other dropping to the bench in place of Lee. However then we have no cover for Berro and why does Lee deserve to be dropped?

Bringing him in as cover makes sense but assuming Horne is fit I don't see how or why he would come into the side this week. If Horne is not fit then possibly it would be different as Washy might have to play 6 and then Horne could be used as the backrow interchange allowing Broughton to play wing?

Hall had no experience at FB either. Has Broughton never covered FB before then? I genuinely dont know but I do know if Hall plays at FB Brough will pinpoint him all night long as well.

If R.Horne isn't fit then he definately has to come into the 17. I'd choose who of Whiting/G.Horne is playing centre and the other one drops out which would be the case if Briscoe was fit (another Centre playing wing).

i'd shift Thorman out the halves to full back and put Berrigan in there cos at least he can kick and has some pace

with Hall on the wing and Broughton at centre, with G Horne coming of the bench as cover for the backs and interchange for the 2nd rowers (who must be knackered as they never go off)

At least hall has played there in SL this season and knows the squad and tactics (don't laugh), Broughton being exposed at fullback is madness.

Whilst Hall has played at FB he has looked a liability. He may be setting the odd try up but he is also coughing the ball up for fun. As I asked before, has Broughton ever played FB before? If he has and did a decent job I would play him there on Friday. I like Hall but his confidence is in tatters and he needs to be taken away from FB for his own good.

If he has I am not aware of it, he plays centre in the Leeds reserves. It also interesting to not that he has been ignored this season despite Leeds having problems at fullback/wing/centre.

Either way Broughton is notthe man to replace him. Calderwood/Whiting/Thorman could all do it but not Broughton.
