Not certain that those are the two though. In recent seasons we have always signed one or two that took everyone by surprise. Wouldn't be shocked if our next signing is someone that we haven't been linked with at all.

As for Watkins. If he found his pre-injury form then he would be a great signing for anyone, but he would be a huge risk because his wages certainly won't be cheap.

I hope so. Paea has been very impressive for a couple of months and it will be interesting if we keep in. Evans is not rated at all by most Parra fans and Paea may offer more at better value.

Green had been playing well and if and a big if may be offered an extension.

Ellis has indicted that he might carry on and despite his age he is still a massive influence and I'd keep him if salary cap allows.

Id let both Paea and Green go and freshen it up, Weve got some good props coming through in Matongo and Bienek and also Brown. Paea will be another year older and its quite a gamble what happens if we offer him another year and he reverts to his early season form, were then stuck with him id say better to release him and get a younger guy in. Green ive already mentioned a few times he just doesnt play enough for me and before this seasom most said he doesnt run his weight, i think we can definatly upgrade on Green.

Heard mixed about Evans some say hes decent and would go well in super league, then he has a quiet game for the eels and all of a sudden hes average, if we can fit it under the cap id like to see us sign him

Heard the Thompson deal was done last Saturday but was told at the Salford game the deal was off , not sure whether it's the club or player thats had change of heart . I guess we'll find out either way soon enough .
