Perhaps you could state which game he had a 'stinker' in, and what he did wrong.

I cant think of a spell where he's played a run of games at full back, let alone have a stinker.
Think Craig hall did and that was when his confidence was shattered before he went out on loan.

Rich Whiting has never let Hull down where ever he's been picked ok we know he's no speed merchant but if he was he would now be in the England football team earning a fortune .

For me he cannot be dropped he has IMO never let us down. Great to see him fit!

Will be one of whiting or hall who make way for the returning tansey IMO. Neither deserve to be dropped, I'd leave tansey out for another week

Agree neither deserve to be dropped, I would include Tansey but drop Houghton who is not hitting his straps yet could be a kick up the bootee he needs.
If Berro needs resting, we have options in Tansey for 9 (Tansey should start on the bench, Whiting earnt his right to play f/back imo, and this is the attitude we should be adopting, get your chance work hard and you earn the right to keep it.

I suppose it's a wonderful headache for Agar to have after the last two seasons ! I don't see how he can keep everyone totally happy when they're all fit and wanting to play. Players must by now have picked up the odd knock or strain and in my opinion he should introduce the guys who haven't played yet one at a time and rest the odd player. I know the old saying of if it's not broke don't fix it but all the main players in the squad need match time cos injuries will come no doubt. With a slight rotation system it would, I'm sure, keep them all happy to a certain extent, we don't want the situation where guys have to have injections to get them on the park again. Give one a two a rest now and again I say, look at how Tickle is playing now as he's been spelled during the game.

Good question. I like Moa and I'd be as happy as anyone to see him get some game time, but with the pack operating as it is I don't see anyone who deserves to be dropped to make way.

There are bound to be opportunities to bring him in during the season, for prop rotation as games stack up if nothing else, but right now there's no need IMO.

Pack is playing very well and Moa should only come in if injuries occur.......tbh...wouldnt bother me if he didnt play...waste of a quota spot.

I think the guy's got potential and he was worth a year's contract as we had the spot available and nobody else lined up, but with the quota coming down by one next year I'm not sure why we signed him up for two seasons.

I'm not going to say that any of our props "deserve" to be dropped but Cusack AND Dowes on our bench just isn't right IMO. When O'Meley leaves the field, we lose a lot of impact and intensity, and almost go into a kind of passive mode until he returns 20 minutes later. Against bigger and better packs than the Quins, this could be costly.

I would much rather see us continue on the front foot with some big impact/go-forward coming from the bench and neither Dowes or Cusack are going to provide that.

Panic signing to appease the vocal majority, effected by the rumours of Rovers coming in for him. Said at the time it was the wrong decision - I rate Sam, but with the amount of forwards we already had for this year it was the wrong call IMO when we knew that Raynor's court case was coming up. Personally I reckon there'll be a bidding war for Finch. Can see our neighbours going in for him as well with Cooke OOC.

probably wouldn't have to pay him off, if he became "available" can see several clubs been interested and perhaps even paying a small fee?!? Our green eyed cousins and crusaders to name but a few?..dobbins for obvious reasons and crusaders for their "developing" status. Quins also have quota space to accomodate iirc.

There wasn't any "panic" involved at all IMO. Sam is a very good impact prop and could become much much better, given his age and obvious commitment. Props like him are like hens teeth in this country and he certainly deserves his place in our squad. The strange thing appears to be Agar's reluctance to play him.

Without Sam we would only have four props, three of which are grafters and offer close to zero impact/go-forward.

Agar has a hard choice to make for Castleford when Tansey is back. I'd probably go with this :

Bit unfair on Turner but he'll get more games during the season, no doubt he'll be a top player, but Tansey is a different class at the moment and we need to get him in there and involved a lot.

I'd don't think the Moa deal is a mistake as over the season he'll start to play, Radford, O'Meley, Dowes and Cusack wont all play every game. I can see Moa becoming the mainstay of our pack, a bit like Vagana did at Bradford. I'd play Moa now if I were up to me, rather him than Cusack. I think Cusack's extension was the mistake not Moa.

If we let moa go who will sign to replace him and cusack next season?

Agree, I honeslty believe it was fan pressure.

The one prop I'd like to see us go would be McCarthy Scarsbrook. But only get rid of Cusack.

Maybe moa should go out on loan to a bottom end SL side. rovers maybe?
