Trust me he would be a feared man, we all know he's a bit lazy in defence, so what, if we played attacking rugby and he was busting teams open, he would be forgiven by me, if we continue playing the rugby we play then i agree with the hame haters, theres know point having him in the team if where going to be on the back foot all the time, i think we play football tactics at time, Counter attack rugby! Boring! Fine example, Washbrook, for me looked a quality 13, now he seems like a bad utility player, i feel sorry for him, we may as well play another prop at 6 then washy. THE END

Well another week comes and goes and still no news on signings despite having around £250k left on the cap. Bit of a shambles really that a club of our size cant manage to find a player somewhere with Obst and Moore seemingly available yet were not even bothered preferring to go with what we already have even though its proven that it doesnt work. Ill be surprised if we even make the top eight this season if if we go with what we have at present.

Tbh I'm baffled about Moore.

Maybe the club believe they have a better player line up, don`t know who it might be though.

I agree ....also he may look good in championship however that does mean he will make the grade at SL level, if he was that good surely SL would be scrapping for his signature considering h/backs are like rocking horse shiit!

My thought process is the less disruption in the side the better.

So signing a young half back with a bit of pace and a decent kicking game, then teaching him our moves and game plan under the tutorlidge of long and Webster.

Then bringing him when longs out instead of moving whiting and tansey would be, imo, beneficial.

Seen him play for both Batley and York,
I'm no coach but from a spectator's view the kid seems to have everything, can take the line on, kick goals,field kick,score tries, has speed and can tackle well above his size for a very small kid.
