When we played them at home they were near full strength and we had loads missing....One of the best games of the season that!

Really hoping Hall is not the full back. We are letting him go because he cannot cut it in the first team, to play him over J Briscoe would be a major blow for me.

He's been injured this year. On what basis do you think he has clearly been nowhere near ready this year?

Could be a perfect time for him to come in and prove what he can do with no pressure. Most people are expecting a defeat at Wire anyway.

As has been said elsewhere, did people doubt R Horne when he broke through at 16?

Forward wise I would agree but were missing our main 3 play makers, winger and our utility back.

Well his form has been patchy and has not been included in any of the squads this season for the first team.

I am not saying I don't rate him but I just don't think it's the right option.

For every Horne there is a player who did not play well, you can't just pick out the successful ones.

Why is he ready?

Looking at the sqauds I cant see anything other than an easy Warrington win.

Hope they play Jack Briscoe at FB instead of Hall though, playing Hall over him just wouldn't make sense.

Agar might think hall can do a better job against wire than jack, then it would make sense.

In Agar's head maybe, but after watching Hall play there it really would be a poor move, added to the fact he wont be here next year and isnt a FB.

Well Agar knows JB better than any of us so he may know that he is not ready, Hall might be the next best bet.

at the end of the day we wont know unless we try him. I've seen numerous players look poor in the reserves like whiting but they then look great in the first team. I'd take a calculated gamble and play jack. Nothing to lose and if he has half of his brothers temperament he'll do ok

Not really, gives him experience of being around the first teamers in the build up to a SL game.

That's true. Either way I can see reasons to pick him and not to pick him, RA knows best so will be happy with what he chooses.

I saw Jack play on quite a few occasions last season and he impressed me every time. This season has been a different story and he has looked average at best on the (granted only) 3 occasions i have seen him.
It could be the case however that he feels a little stagnated in the reserves and he needs the challenge that a first team call up would bring him. The only way to find out is to give him a shot.

Certainly is, plus Sharp too.The thing is Briscoe Jnr might not make it, they don't always. I agree with what RBA said sometimes reserve grade does nothing for some players as they need to make the step up, maybe that's the case with Jack this season?

I hope Jack get's a chance to play to play on Friday, because if Hall play's and makes a mistake early on, the fans will be on his back all game. If young Jack's there we wont expect much from him and it would be abit of expierence for him for maybe next season, where he should get abit more game time.
