Yup, got a knock and spent a bit of time with the physio first half. Was pretty much a passenger after that, thought Yeamo did a lot of work to stop him being exposed and having to do much defending.

Maybe give Crookes a game next week if he's still carrying a knock. No point carrying him if he's like tonight when we have another winger fit & ready.

Did notice that after Houghton's try Briscoe took a slow walk back to the half way line on his own with the physio coming on to have a chat with him. Agree with the above, if he's not 100% don't risk him, Crookes is fit & will be raring to go.

Spot on. As people say we have good competition for most positions now, and nobody should be immune from being "rested".

Crookes played very well at the start of the season. He only lost his place due to injury and Lineham's great performances keeping him out of the side.

If Briscoe has a knock then there is no need to risk him when we have a good winger available to take the spot.

Then it's up to Briscoe to regain his spot in the side which will bring the best out of the other wingers.

Crookes reaplced Briscoe at Salford so PG will have no hesitation doing that again if required.

BREAKING : Leeds Rhinos coach Brian McDermott will not comment on stories tonight that Leeds have agreed to sign Tom Briscoe for next year.

Unfortunately, it's looking highly likely.

If he could leave our club as it is now to go and sign for Leeds, I would be surprised but very very disappointed. If he is prepared to do that, he clearly doesn't care one jot for our club or fans so him.
